Because it's not being towed at speed, it doesn't matter if there's a 3 inch difference in the ball height versus the level coupler height of the trailer when you're using a trailer dolly. Depending on where you have the Stromberg Carlson 2 Bike Carrier, # LA-102, placed on the ladder, it may or may not interfere with a tow dolly. If you find that when bikes are placed on it, they hang in the way, you will have to move them up further until they do not interfere.
